How is this different from YouTube or a normal course?
A course is a fixed set of lessons you watch once and forget. The Control Room is a living room: a new real song mixed start to finish every week, the actual multitracks to mix yourself, direct feedback on your work, and a community moving with you. It's practice and mentorship, not a video library.
Do I have to attend live?
No. Every session is recorded, archived, searchable, and downloadable. Plenty of members are replay-only and get just as much out of it.
I'm a beginner. Is this too advanced for me?
It works for both. Beginners get a clear path and a room to ask questions. Experienced mixers get the high-level decisions they can't find anywhere else. Even 40-year veterans are in here.
What DAW do I need?
Any of them. Logic, Studio One, Reaper, Ableton, FL Studio, Cubase, Pro Tools. The decisions and techniques carry across every DAW.
Do I need expensive plugins?
No. The focus is decisions and ears, not gear. You'll learn to get pro results with what you already have.
What genres do you cover?
